Kiwi 

 

Japanese scientists have concluded that kiwi is the most useful for human product. They explored nutrients of fruit and vegetables, but kiwi appeared to be superior among oranges, lemons, apples and other fruits due to its useful qualities. Particularly useful are the fruits of yellow kiwi, though the  green kiwi is also full of utilities. The researchers conducted an experiment, where they asked volunteers to eat three kiwi fruit per day and monitor their health. The results were excelent. Scientists explain that kiwi contains the biggest amount of antioxidants among all fruits. Kiwis can stop the number of fatal diseases, especially dangerous in today’s world: atherosclerosis, heart failure, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer and Parkinson’s disease.
