In order to make scientific-technical information accessible to the public, expand the scope of library-information services and provide level of information technologies, the NICE Scientific-Technical Library has launched a new project «Russian Scientific-technical complete electronic journals on the Internet». It enables you to access the scientific and professional Russian full-text journals of different areas through video, which will be useful for educational, scientific and innovative activities.
