On August 21, 2023, on the occasion of the International Entrepreneurship Day, at the National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NCIE), was held an event in order to establish business Cooperation with companies, that arrived from Romania.
At the business meetings were attended representatives of Armenian companies, who works on consulting and other services in the field of production and business.
The NCIE expert Gagik Harutyunyan in his introductory speech presenting the activities of the Center concerning Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship Support, as well as, the programs implemented by NCIE, and wishing the participants effective cooperation.
The head of the Romanian delegation, Marius Alexa, welcomed the participants and expressed hope, that such business meetings will contribute to the establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenian-Romanian companies.
Representatives of 8 Romanian companies briefly presented their activities in the production of medical equipment, building materials, installation of security systems, maintenance, engineering services, as well as, in the areas of business support, innovation, consulting, event management, and reported, that they are looking for partners in these areas.
The representative of Enterprise Armenia presented the advantages of doing business in Armenia and the investment opportunities of the country.
According to the parties, the event will provide wide opportunities for cooperation and promote economic and social development in both countries.
At the end of the event, Armenian interested companies held talks with relevant Romanian companies to reach agreements on further cooperation.
