Nigerian researchers develop a «smart» bra  that can detect breast cancer early 

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women in Sub-Saharan Africa, with 129,000 new cases diagnosed in 2020. Only around half of women here live for more than five years after being diagnosed. The research team, who developed the smart bra, hopes their invention will lead to progress in African countries, where most women face problems with early diagnosis.
