Bank of seeds in a polar region

In Norway, approximately in one thousand kilometres from the North Pole  the world's largest storehouse of seeds has been constructed.  The storehouse is cut down in a rock, at height of 130 metres above sea level. Seeds (about three millions samples) are stored in three big rooms in the size 27х10 metres.

As to the scientists the storehouse will provide to the world as a material necessary for restoration of agriculture, even in case of its utter annihilation during a nuclear war.
