Free energy source

The Japanese scientists have found out that the snow is practically free energy source. The snow is collected in special tanks.  A technology is carried out which allows to receive methane from snow. It is possible to receive 100 l methane from 1 ton of snow. This gas is used as fuel and the cleared snow is used in air-cleaning systems.
