6 hour sedentary life leads up to early death

 

The researches of Medical Coding centre, have shown, that long sitting in one position raises the probability death at young age, especially, if sitting lasts more than 6 hours a day. The scientists warn, that men who spend 6 hours per day sitting, raises the risk of death at young age on 20 %, and women – on 40 %. The scientists advise to reduce the time of sitting till 3 hours a day, besides to go and carry out physical exercises.
