Device for Blood Pressure Decrease

The American scientists have developed a device - Rheos System which will help to hold norm pressure of patients with a steady hypertension.

During clinical tests the device has helped to lower pressure of 33 % participants.  265 patients have taken part in tests with a proof hypertension which were observed in 40 medical centres of the USA and in 2 European centres.

System Rheos is developed by Minneapolis company CVRx Inc. The device supervises pressure level approximately in the same image, as cardiostimulator regulates heart rhythms. The device activates the specific receptors of arteries known as carodite baroreceptor which are key blood-groove regulators in an organism. Activated receptors send signals which are perceived by a brain as pressure increase. Procedure also weakens blood vessels and reduces palpitation level.
