Shortage of a dream leads up to adiposity

The Swedish researchers have proved, that the dream lack leads to the raised requirement for food. The scientists have involved 14 healthy men in their researches who did not have problems with a dream.

As to the  experiment volunteers should have to sleep in the first night and not sleep in the second. In the morning they  have sent  them to a supermarket – and they have to choose 40 products, half from which there were high-calorie, and others - low-calorie. As a result it has appeared that after sleepless night volunteers have bought products for 18 percent more than last morning. Recently scientists from California University have established that shortage of a dream negatively changes brain activity.
