THERE WILL NOT BE ANY PRODUCTION, WORKERS AND FACTORIES IN THIS CITY

The strategy of expansion Arab Emirates allows not only to project skyscrapers on sand, but also to initiate building ecological cities. Today the most ambitious Masdar City is being raised 17 kilometers away from Abu Dhabi.

The plans of energy company Masdar involve realizing the dream of a beautiful garden-city in the territory of six square kilometers with its independent eco-environment, renewable energy sources and zero level of carbonic gas emission. All the constructions of this city will be responsible for conditions of the ecological balance.
There will not be any production, workers and factories in this city. There will be only highly intellectual and elite classes of 40 thousand people in the Masdar City. Here will be set research institutes and test laboratories of companies engaged in eco-technologies, as well state organizations concerned by the problems of the environment. 

All the space of constructions of the Masdar City will be united. The interiors of the premises will overflow one in another. Realization of the dream is entrusted to Norman Foster and its studio “Foster + Partners.”

Biological withdrawals will be completely processed, emission of exhaust gases minimized, and water consumption extremely rationalized; in addition, sunlight and wind will be the basic sources of energy.
