Museum of sound

The first museum of sound in the CIS was opened in Odessa by five enthusiasts - sound engineers and musicians. Hobby and a profession is the same for them. Nearly eight thousand phonographs, gramophones, radiograms, military wire recorders, as well as other vintage radios is the basis of the collection. All exhibits are in working condition, every visitor can make sure of it by his own ears.

The visitors have the opportunity to get acquainted with the history of creation and development of sound recording and reproducing apparatus, a history of sound in film, theater and animation, history of the formation of musicians, pianist, singer and musicians of Odessa and the history of the festival movement in Odessa.

The specialists of Recording Studios in the Museum of Sound provide an opportunity to anyone who wishes to become an owner of an exclusive audios souvenir. Museum of the sound is to become a club where music fans will be collected.
