On a way to immortality

The article is about the researches which have shown that people can live till 1000 years. The known British gerontologist, the professor of Cambridge University Obry de Grey asserts, that the person who will live 150 years already was born, and within the next 20 years the person who will live till 1000 will be born. The scientist is convinced, that the medicine will create means and possibilities struggling with an old age.
In the scientific world there are also opponents to the  ideas of de Grey. In particular, one of the Universities of Massachusetts promises to pay 20 thousand dollars to the one who will deny this hypothesis.
