Biologists have found out a universal method of destruction of bacteria

The ability of bacteria to form biofilms considerably complicates the problem for the  doctors. Because of them infections develop. And if bacteria have developed a protection against antibiotics, the situation takes a pitiable turn. Specialists  of University of British Columbia have found a molecule (peptide 1018), destroying biofilms of various bacteria, including the steady ones. Biofilms - the structured communities of bacteria formed on fabrics of the person and on various surfaces, for example, on medical tools. And they provoke infection in 65 % of cases. Peptide 1018 consists of 12 amino acids which destroy biofilms and stops the process of their formation. Researches have shown: peptide1018 destroyed both gram negative bacteria and gram positive bacteria.
