The new populated world

The biologists for a long time have been convinced that the sunlight is a necessary condition for the  live organisms. However at the bottom of the Pacific ocean such an oasis where the  "inhabitants" never saw a sunlight has been found out.  These organisms do not require "chemical" food. During researches scientists have found out till now unknown numerous kinds of folding molluscs, crayfish. In this system the most unusual are huge hearts who have no neither an eye, nor a mouth, a stomach. They live at the expense of the bacteria living inside them which synthesize all necessary substances. There are also such animals who live exclusively in extreme conditions: so one kind of hearts lives at temperature 100°С. Besides, inhabitants of this exotic oasis are exposed to strong pressure. There is a hypothesis, that millions years ago these hydrothermal sources have given rise to an earthly  life.
