Chocolate

 

The article is about the origin of the chocolate and that this product is very useful.
The word "chocolate" occurs from aztec word «xocolātl» («чоколатль») — names of a drink from cocoa beans, bitter water.
At the conference of the European association of cardiologists the Greek doctors have declared, that 100 grammes of bitter chocolate improves the work of vessels of the adult person. Before it was known, that bitter chocolate is useful to prevent the  maintenance of cardiovascular diseases and now it became clear, how chocolate protects blood vessels from pernicious influence of free radicals. 
200 years have passed. Chocolate has strongly located among modern foodstuff: it is a meal integral part at restaurants, cafe, during diplomatic receptions.
Today chocolate is the most popular group of confectionery products. It is accepted to name chocolate a product in which cocoa products contain. It is considered, that cocoa reduces pressure and cholesterol level, preventing a diabetes and improving health of blood vessels. However abusing sweets can bring to nothing these useful properties.
