In Russia, they are creating an ATS that will be able to be printed on a 3D printer directly on the front line

The constructors of the Novosibirsk "Specter" design bureau have embarked on the creation of a new aircraft-type army strike drone, which will be prepared by 3D printing directly in the regions of the special operation. Moreover, secondary raw materials are applicable for production.
As Andrey Bratenkov, who holds the position of the head of "Spectrum", explained, trial data collection of unmanned aerial vehicles with a working range of 30 kilometers is currently underway. Already in December of this year, the designers are going to start flight tests.
It is planned that the device will be printed in areas close to the front line with an industrial 3D printer, the dimensions of which do not exceed 1 x 1 meter, and the material will be plastic crystals or plastic secondary raw materials in the form of fragments, crumbs, etc.
This drone will have a payload of about 10 kg, and almost all of its components will be Russian-made. Due to this, the new product will be significantly cheaper than similar analogues of the same class.
