France, Germany and Italy reached an agreement on the rules for the regulation of the AI

France, Germany and Italy have reached an agreement on the rules for the regulation of artificial intelligence, Reuters reported, referring to the relevant document.
"We emphasize that the Artificial Intelligence Act regulates the use of AI, not the technology as such," the joint document stated.
The European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the EU are conducting negotiations on how the Union should present itself in the issues related to this topic.
"The model cards should include relevant information that will allow understanding the operation of the model, its capabilities and limitations, and will be based on the advanced experience of the community of its creators," the document stated.
If violations of the code of conduct are observed after some time, sanctions may be imposed.
The German Ministry of Economy together with the Ministry of Digital Technologies stated that laws and state control should regulate not AB, but its application.
It is necessary to use opportunities and limit risks, State Secretary for Economic Affairs Franziska Brantner told Reuters.
The issues related to the EU will be on the agenda of the negotiations between Germany and Italy to be held in Berlin on Wednesday.
