The German company demonstrated the concept of a hydrogen-electric plane

Odonata has introduced a hydrogen-electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Engineers claim that the flight range of the new plane will be 1,000 kilometers, while conventional eVTOL systems can fly no more than 100-300 kilometers so far, Naked Science reports.
The hydrogen-electric plane, which is still unnamed, will be able to carry eight passengers plus a pilot and luggage, or up to 800 kilograms of cargo.
Its maximum speed will be 280 kilometers per hour.
Odonata plans to deliver the first aircraft to customers as early as 2030.
